Island Catering is proud to have built a legacy providing cuisine for many valued clients for over a 20 year period, where over a decade has been spent working alongside of the island most premier partners such as Exclusive Island Wedding, Sail Trilogy Excursions, & Sail Trilogy Weddings.
Since 2018, Island Catering has also served as the exclusive catering partner of the infamous Maui Invitational, and have previously worked alongside the PGA during the 2018 & 2019 Sentry Tournament of Champions.
Chef Luis’s passion shows up in his wonderful culinary creations, as he infuses Pacific Rim cuisine with Hawaiian flavors, utilizing the ingredients of the Hawaiian islands. He prides himself in creating new food concepts, from a simple lunch to an extraordinary culinary experience, where food becomes art.
